Returns and Exchanges

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Unless there is a manufacturer defect no returns will be accepted. Returns for defects must be submitted within 30 days of your purchase.

How To Return An Item
Please email support@theliftedcross.com to request a refund and we will provide appropriate information for the processing of the return.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered even with a manufacturer defect will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color provided the request is submitted withing 30 days. Please e-mail anthony@theliftedcross.com for all exchange requests.

Return Shipping

In the case of a defective product the Lifted Cross will pay the return shipping fee. For all exchanges the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the purchaser.
